The questions everyone asks first.
If the answer to yours is not here, ask. A question we cannot answer plainly is usually a sign the offer is wrong, not the question.
The offer
- What if I do not like it?
You do not buy it. We build the redesign before you pay, which is the whole point — you are deciding about a finished thing, not a promise.
- Why is it only $300?
Because it is a rebuild of a small site, not an agency engagement. The scope is written down, and what is outside it is written down too.
- Do I have to keep paying you?
No. There is no retainer and no subscription. You own the site.
- How long does it take?
About two weeks from start to launch, including your revision round.
- Do I have to change my branding?
No. Your existing branding is adapted into the redesign. We are modernising the presentation, not replacing the business.
- What happens to my current content?
Reasonable migration of what you have is included. If there are hundreds of pages, that is a separately quoted job and we will say so.
Scope
- What counts as a page?
Up to about five primary pages or equivalent sections — typically home, services, about, contact and one more. It is a boundary, not a countdown; a site that needs six modest pages is not a different job.
- Can you build a shop or a booking system?
Not inside the $300. Ecommerce, catalogs, booking engines, membership systems and custom applications are add-ons or separately quoted work. They are never hidden in the base price.
- What if I have hundreds of pages?
Reasonable migration of existing content is included. A large migration is a separately quoted job, and we will say so before starting rather than after.
- Do I need to write new copy?
No. Your existing content is carried across. Large copywriting engagements and professional photography are outside the base scope.
How it runs
- Do I pay anything up front?
No. There is no deposit. The rebuild is done speculatively and you see the finished site before you decide.
- What exactly is the free checkup?
A person looks at the site you have now — speed, click-to-call, structure, first impression — and writes down what is wrong with it. It is done by hand and returned in writing, and it is yours whether or not you buy anything.
- How do revisions work?
One consolidated round. Gather everything you want changed and send it in one go. Unlimited revisions is explicitly outside the price.
- Who owns the site at the end?
You do. It is deployed HTTPS-ready and analytics-ready, and there is no retainer and no subscription attached to it.
