What we keep, and why.
The short version: we keep what you type into the checkup form, we use it to write your checkup, and that is all we use it for.
What we collect
When you ask for a checkup, we keep the five things the form asks for: your website address, your name, how to reach you, and — if you fill them in — your business and what is bothering you about the site.
We also see the internet address your request came from. We do not store it. We store a scrambled version that cannot be turned back into the address, and use it only to stop the same connection from sending dozens of requests in an hour.
What we use it for
To write your checkup and send it to you, and, if you ask for one, a quote. No mailing lists, no newsletters, no calls you did not ask for. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.
Where it is kept
Your request is stored in a private database hosted by Supabase, in the United States. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Both keep standard server logs; neither uses your details for anything of its own.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, and it runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Getting it removed
Email info@newwebpro.com and ask, and we will delete your request and anything we wrote about your site. You do not need to give a reason.
