Work

Real sites, all the way down.

Every screen on this page is a site I designed and built. No templates, and no first screen with nothing under it. The salons are working demos with their real menus and booking calendars behind them. The contractors are full homepage redesigns, top to bottom.

Nails Merlin

Hialeah, FL · Russian manicure studio

A one-woman studio with an Instagram and a Square link. The site reads like her table: lined notebook paper, a corkboard of her own polaroids, her menu with every length priced, and a booking sheet that ends on her deposit instructions.

  • Corkboard collection: tap a set, book one like it
  • Her Square menu, every length and price
  • Booking sheet with her deposit and policy built in
  • Spanish first, English in one tap
The first screen

Nails by Raiza

Hialeah, FL · private nail suite

A solo artist with 80 five-star reviews and nothing but a Booksy link. The site is built on what her clients keep saying: one artist, one chair, a private suite. Her menu and her next open times come straight from Booksy.

  • Her next open times, live from Booksy
  • All 80 reviews, in her clients' own words
  • The menu as five chapters, every price shown
  • A visit, step by step, quoted from her clients
The first screen
Nails by Raiza homepage: “One artist. One chair. Your hands.” beside a photo of pink French nails on her glitter plaque.
The work room
Her work on a black ground: a grid of nail sets beside three steps from picture to finished set.
Live openings from Booksy
“Her book fills early”: her next open times as tickets beside a photo of her polish wall.
The visit, in five moments
“Two hours that are only yours”: a five-step visit timeline with a quote from a client under each step.
Five chapters, every price shown
Her menu in five columns: manicure, dip powder, structure and length, pedicure, hands and feet.

Two features from a working demo

The 3D polish bar and the booking flow

Miami-Dade · a nail salon with seven locations

Two pieces of a larger site for a nail salon with seven locations. The 3D polish bar puts a real-time 3D hand on the page: pick a shape, a length, a finish, a shade, a skin tone and the light, drag to turn the hand, then book that exact look. The booking flow is the salon's own, on top of its scheduling calendar: location, service, artist, then a live time.

  • A 3D hand you can turn, rendered live in the browser
  • Gloss, glitter, cat-eye, chrome and French, with a magnetic cat-eye
  • Book this look: the design goes in the appointment notes
  • Live times from the salon's own calendar, every artist's face
The 3D polish bar
“Paint it before you book it”: a 3D hand with long cherry cat-eye almond nails beside the polish bar's controls for shape, length, finish, shade and finish details.
Stiletto · glitter · golden hour
The 3D hand, turned slightly, with long pink glitter stiletto nails in golden-hour light.
Coffin · gold chrome
The 3D hand, turned, with gold chrome coffin nails in golden-hour light.
Duck · jade cat-eye · night out
The 3D hand, turned to the side, with jade cat-eye duck nails under night lighting.
Booking: pick your artist
Booking step three: a grid of the salon's artists with their photos, and a summary card with the price.
Booking: live times
Booking step four: a date strip and morning and afternoon time chips, each with the artist's face.
